Portfolio Builders follows a strict no-refund policy for all products, services, and digital offerings unless explicitly mentioned under specific conditions below. By purchasing any service or product from Portfolio Builders, the user agrees to this Refund Policy.
Refunds are only applicable for users enrolled in our Premium Programs (4-6 month courses). Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Refunds may be considered if the user faces a serious medical emergency, valid supporting documents are provided as proof, and the request is submitted within 7 days of the incident.
All such requests will be reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of Portfolio Builders.
In cases where a refund is approved, applicable GST amount will be deducted, any commission or fee paid to marketing or affiliate partners will be deducted, and the final refundable amount may be up to 50% of the total payment depending on the case.
Users are advised to carefully review program details before making a purchase. Refund requests made after the specified time period will not be considered. Portfolio Builders reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
Cancellation requests are governed by our Cancellation Policy, delivery timelines by our Service Delivery Policy, and payment terms by our Payment & Pricing Policy.
