Portfolio Builders
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which users can cancel their purchase or enrollment with Portfolio Builders. By purchasing any service, the user agrees to this Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation is allowed only if the request is made before the service is processed and submitted within a reasonable time after purchase. Such requests may be considered for cancellation subject to review.
Once the service has been processed, activated, or delivered, cancellation is not allowed. This includes Figma Edu Plan activations, access to digital products, and course onboarding or access granted.
For Premium Programs (4-6 month courses), cancellation requests may be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Approval is subject to eligibility conditions mentioned in the Refund Policy and internal review by Portfolio Builders.
To request cancellation, users must contact us via email or WhatsApp and provide full name, registered email ID, payment details, and reason for cancellation.
All cancellation requests are subject to review and approval. Portfolio Builders reserves the right to approve or reject any request. If approved, applicable refund terms will be processed as per the Refund Policy.
Cancellation does not guarantee a refund. Refunds, if applicable, will be governed strictly by the Refund Policy. Users are advised to review all program and service details before making a purchase.
